TCS was recommended to this project by the building owner/landlord, who is also a customer. The location owner contacted us to work out permitting with the city due to our experience working with municipal building and planning departments. We also worked up budget numbers for the owner and negotiated the final contract value based on plans the owner had completed with the franchisor’s team.

TCS was contracted to complete the Landlord lease improvement work as well as the Interior fit up for the Bruster’s Ice Cream space, which included removing the storefront to replace the existing with an accordion style full opening storefront. This in conjunction with the interior brickwork at the service windows provides the feel of a walk-up style Ice Cream stand while fitting in the standard retail space.  The project was completed both on time and on budget with an extremely satisfied client. The shop turned out beautiful with the robust finishes that are required in the fast-paced food service of an Ice Cream shop.
