TCS found a location that was in need of a total rehabilitation.  The lot was over 3 acres in Plaistow, NH with none of the current utilities and a house that while very cute on the outside, really had its "Issues".  The lot had been used as a haunted house several years ago and everything was left in the back to weather and decay.  Taking the approach that the lot is worth the effort we developed a plan to raze the building, clean the lot and start over as though we had nothing to contend with.  

This project is currently underway and photos will be changed as we are working though it.
