As President and Founder of Total Construction Solutions, Kyle McManus provides strategic leadership for the company's growth, operations, business development, and project delivery. With more than 30 years of construction industry experience, he has successfully led healthcare, public-sector, infrastructure, industrial, and complex commercial projects throughout the country.

Known for his hands-on leadership style, Kyle remains actively involved in project planning, procurement strategy, regulatory coordination, risk management, and client relations. His extensive experience delivering projects in occupied and highly regulated environments enables him to guide teams through complex challenges while maintaining focus on safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance.

Since founding TCS, Kyle has built the company around a simple philosophy: earn trust through accountability, transparency, and consistent results. His leadership continues to drive long-term client relationships and a reputation for delivering projects with professionalism and integrity.​

Outside the Office

Kyle enjoys hiking, camping, scuba diving, skiing, paddle boarding, and exploring on his motorcycle. His passion for adventure, continuous learning, and new experiences reflects the same determination and curiosity he brings to every project and client relationship.

Vice President of Operations

Jarrod Craig

Execution • Operations • Project Delivery

As Vice President of Operations, Jarrod Craig provides executive leadership for construction operations, project delivery, and organizational scalability across Total Construction Solutions. With more than 25 years of experience managing national and multi-market construction programs, he brings extensive expertise in leading complex projects for institutional, corporate, and development clients.

Jarrod is responsible for aligning people, processes, and performance across all TCS projects to ensure consistent execution, predictable outcomes, and exceptional quality. His experience developing standardized delivery procedures and implementing performance-driven operational systems helps position TCS to support complex projects, expanding client portfolios, and long-term strategic partnerships.

Having served as a developer, general contractor, and owner's project manager, Jarrod possesses a unique understanding of the perspectives, priorities, and challenges facing every stakeholder involved in the construction process. This broad experience allows him to anticipate issues, improve collaboration, and guide projects toward successful completion with efficiency and accountability.

Outside the Office

Raised in one of America's oldest cities, Jarrod developed a lifelong appreciation for architecture, craftsmanship, and the stories behind the built environment. Having worked on projects throughout 25 states, he enjoys exploring local culture, historic landmarks, and regional cuisine. An avid film enthusiast, he believes every successful project tells a story shaped by vision, collaboration, and execution.

Co-owner & Controller

Jan McManus

Finance • Discipline • Organizational Excellence

As Co-Owner and Controller of Total Construction Solutions, Jan McManus oversees the financial strategy, operational controls, and administrative functions that support the company's continued growth and long-term stability. She serves as a key member of the leadership team, providing the financial insight and organizational discipline necessary to support successful project delivery.

Jan's expertise includes accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, payroll compliance, risk coordination, and operational oversight. Her ability to translate financial information into practical business decisions helps strengthen company performance while protecting project profitability and client interests.

Before joining TCS, Jan spent nearly two decades as a successful small-business owner with full responsibility for financial management, operations, staffing, and customer relations. Combined with her experience leading customer-service operations in a large logistics environment, she brings a unique blend of business leadership, problem-solving, and client-focused decision-making to the organization. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the Whittemore School of Business & Economics at the University of New Hampshire.

Outside the Office

Jan enjoys spending time outdoors year-round, including hiking, paddle boarding, skiing, traveling, and relaxing near the water. A devoted dog lover and family-focused individual, she values making memories with friends and loved ones while embracing new adventures wherever they may lead.
